**Roles and Responsibility**:
Handle full spectrum of AP and AR processing and functions

Perform data entries, prepare, and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting

Prepare daily and weekly sales reporting

Prepare monthly sales commission for payment

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

Assisting in quarterly GST returns

Handle administrative duties including general filing

Perform customer service, when required

Prepare various monthly schedules and reports in assistance to the superior

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualifications

Preferred at least 1-year relevant working experience / Junior executive are welcome

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload

Commitment to perform required tasks in a timely manner

Hands-on, positive working and learning attitude, meticulous, detail-minded and organized

Able to start work immediately with short notice
