DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Talent Management, Learning & Organisation Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Talent Management
- Learning and Development
- Organisation Development

**Talent Management**

You will have the opportunity to design and implement talent identification frameworks, succession planning and leadership development initiatives to groom talent and future leaders.

**Learning & Development**

You should be comfortable in identifying current and future workforce competencies required to fulfil business and organisation's objectives, partnering stakeholders to curate learning initiatives, and monitoring and assessing the impact of learning initiatives on organisational outcomes.

**Organisation Development**

You will work with leaders and key stakeholders to build our capacity to change, and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures and processes. You anticipate challenges, diagnose problems and prescribe actions that have a direct impact on business outcomes.

**You should be**:

- An effective communicator comfortable working with all levels of employees, and able to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who is also highly self-driven and self-motivated
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple streams of work and time competitive projects
- Attentive to details and possess strong project management skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven track record in mid to large sized, fast-paced organisations and relevant work experience in talent management, learning and organisation development
