
Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Provides supports to the Assistant Vice President of Group Human Resources in identifying, attracting, and recruiting skilled and qualified individuals to fill job vacancies within an organization. The goal of talent acquisition is to build a strong workforce that aligns with the organization's goals, culture, and values. The incumbent will also have to actively assist in all other aspects of general human resource management as an added responsibility contributing to his/her career development.
**Job Descriptions**
- Involve in end-to-end recruitment cycle from job analysis; sourcing; screening; interviewing; assessment; selection and onboarding.
- Full spectrum of recruitment including internship management
- Administer and manage all HR related matters including but not limited to Talent Management: Employee Benefits; Employee Relation & Welfare and Employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Preparation and continual maintenance of all monthly recruitment or any other HR related reports for analytic and decision-making purpose.
- Involved in special projects or new initiatives from time to time.
- Supports Company’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent by building and maintaining rapport with various universities, alumni, agencies, recruiters, and non-profit organizations.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of HR related experience in the hotel industry with strong expertise in recruitment and sourcing.
- Well-versed in Employment and Industrial Relation Act.
- Familiar with use of digital recruitment platform/s
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution in business admin or HR related field
- Able to follow through the entire recruitment and onboarding process independently with little supervision.
- Ability to handle all HR related matters.
