Roles and Responsibilities:

- Attend to in-coming calls on sales enquiries
- Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
- Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
- Understanding customers’ needs to identify additional sales opportunities
- Provide additional information to customer if requested
- Update Sales & Management team on customer feedbacks and order information
- Other administrative duties such as answering inbound phone calls, updating and maintaining sales reporting records, any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Process sales orders, schedule onsite installations, implementation and training schedule for customers
- To work closely with Sales and Technical team
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors

**Requirements**:

- ITE/ Diploma in any field
- Self-motivated to support sales team to achieve target
- Good communication (written and verbal) and self-management skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Adaptable to fast-paced working environment
- Proven work experience in sales support and/or sales administration
- Experience in IT is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
