**About the role**
The Sales Support Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial team by ensuring seamless coordination, administrative efficiency, and customer service excellence. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the commercial team with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and documentation.
- Manage and organize sales databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, order status updates, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales Support and Reporting:
- Generate sales reports, analyze data, and prepare presentations to support the commercial team in decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and tracking performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support the sales team in creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience 2 years in administrative support or sales support roles, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and market trends is advantageous.
