Sales Support Assistant

Report to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Sales Quotation and Coordinate all Sales and Delivery orders.
  • Support retail when required.
  • Assist to expand and to value add to our distribution network.
  • Manage and resolve all complaints from customers or consult your supervisor for advice if faced with extremely difficult customers.
  • Assist and extract information from SAP systems for management.
  • Any other matters as requested by your supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Min. Nitec in relevant field.
  • Candidate without experience is welcome, training will be provided.
  • Candidate with relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department, especially in the HVAC & Ref industry will be an advantage.
  • Dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.
  • People oriented. Building good rapport and establishing relations with Internal and External customers.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking only client.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills.
