**Boxgreen **is looking for an **Finance Assistant (Part-Time)** who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment. As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be in charge of managing existing accounts (Full Set), handling day-to-day transactions and much more. If you are highly motivated and good with numbers, we’d like to meet you

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle bookkeeping
- Prepare and review full set of accounts for various clients
- Prepare journal entries for general ledgers
- Prepare audit schedule, financial and management reports
- Handling tax and GST matters, including computation of tax, preparation of ECI, preparation of GST report, filing of GST and corporate/personal tax
- Handle yearly IR8A forms and AIS submissions
- Liaise professionally with clients and relevant authorities on accounting and tax related matters
- Handle clients from different industries. Ensure that clients’ requests and feedback including queries are handled promptly and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in preparing full set accounts.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm or bookkeeping experience in a related field would be an added advantage.
