Talent Acquisition
- Improve, design and implement creative sourcing strategies for effective talent acquisition
- Accurately track and report recruitment, onboarding and confirmation processes based on agreed metrics, using MS Excel/Google Sheets
Administrative
- Assisting and streamlining administrative work & scheduling
- Communicate and liaise with external clients, manage and maintain contact databases
- Drafting and reviewing proposals and reports; facilitating meetings & taking meeting minutes

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone self-motivated with high responsibility and good initiative, willing to constantly learn and take on new tasks, has good interpersonal and communication skills, is detail-oriented, organised & able to adapt working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any other fields
- Has previous administrative and/or recruitment work experience, with strong organisational and structuring skills
- Possess excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, self-motivated, and able to excel in a fast-paced working environment
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
