**Job Purpose**
- At the direction of Head of Business Administration, help and train the Clients Service Officers team to enhance working quality to meet the requests of internal and external clients.
- Works as a liaison officer to coordinate the Clients Service Officers team and RMs for training and fulfilling ad-hoc assignments from Singapore office.
- Provide coverage for the Head of BA when he/she is absence from work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide training and guidance to the CSO to ensure that the smooth functioning of the day to day activities and tasks undertake by the CSO.
- Work closely with the internal support partners to address any operational or support issues faced by the CSO during their daily course of work
- Address any operational queries from clients and front office
- Constantly look to improve the working processes to achieve greater work efficiency
- Handle and escalate any suspicious activities/behavior of clients and staff e.g. account irregularities. - Ensure that all the CSO attend all IPB Compliance and other mandatory training
- To play a significant role in minimizing operational losses by the CSO
- Understand the Bank’s KYC/AML/CDD framework.
- Ensure that the CSO establish and maintain good rapport with clients and service their needs effectively and on a timely basis
- Perform the review and approval for New Account opening and periodic KYC review
- Perform the internal and external self-inspection assessment of the Business Admin Dept
- Assist in the handling of internal, external and regulatory audits
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisors

**Key Competencies**
- Experience in Client Servicing
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of CSO
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge and experience in AML/KYC issues and reviews
- Knowledge in investment products
- Good understanding of the operational processes of private banking
- Good interpersonal skill and team player
- Good communication skills (oral, written) in English and Mandarin as role require to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Organized and meticulous
