We are JUO Studios: a creative shop that specialises in post-production, social media management and

IP development and we're looking for a client service lead to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.
- Monitor service performance and client satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and resolve any service issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients on service performance, metrics, and outcomes.
- Communicate updates and changes in services, processes, or policies to clients effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimize client service operations.
- Assist in developing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor account budgets related to client services and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting for client service activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client service.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / BA/BS in related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Strong understanding of media industry specifically digital media & marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
