Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Relationship Manager to lead and manage key client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent service across all jurisdictions.
  • Own the client relationship, understanding contracts, managing delivery, and driving satisfaction.
  • Lead regular business reviews, manage escalations, and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with local offices and global teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
  • Monitor contract performance, profitability, and client KPIs - proactively driving improvements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
