
Senior Client Service Representative

Working within the Client Service team, the Senior Client Service Representative is responsible for ensuring Trident are delivering against the agreed commercial contractual requirements whilst constantly seeking opportunities for continuous improvements. The Senior Client Service Representative will support the activities (day to day and development) of all individuals working within their designated area of responsibility.
**The main responsibilities of Senior Client Service Representative are**:
- Service our clients by managing communication effectively and providing a creative approach to the considerations of a client brief and is the single point of contact for your designated area of responsibility.
- Lead all projects from beginning to end, appropriately using our project management/workflow tools, promoting best practice.
- Support the client’s brand through the performance of range checks, ensuring brand consistency is maintained throughout the full project range.
- Collaborates with the internal teams across the services to ensure our client’s needs are met.
- Review projects on an ongoing basis, ensuring deliverables are in line with approved brief, budget and scope.
- Oversee the financial aspect of the projects ensuring projects are delivered within budget, billed, and paid correctly and timely.
- Oversee capacity needs to help identify resources required and escalate when needed.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in identifying opportunities to expand our services with our current clients, in collaboration with the Client Service Teams within Asia and across regions.
- Experience in working in a similar role, managing the day to needs of your clients as well as guiding them through artwork reprographics process.
- An understanding of technical artwork build and managing the process of artwork approval through customer/internal systems.
- Experience of implementing new business accounts in a similar service would be advantageous, however not essential.
- Strong overall project management skills, including experience working within a workflow and KPI management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain oversight of delivery so that tasks and collaborative projects are completed on time.
- Desire to thrive from a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and demonstrate the ability to juggle priorities without losing site of the business objectives.
- Ability to problem solve, looking at the bigger picture and knowing when to escalate.
- Have the desire to upskill and takes a proactive role in their development.
- Incredibly team focused with exceptional interpersonal skills, with a desire to achieve, striving to put the customer first.
- Due to geographical requirements, Chinese language capability is required for this role
