**Roles & Responsibilities**
**HR Assistant**
- To assist in handling recruitment administration
- To manage staff on boarding process including conducting orientation
- Preparing employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.
- To manage the staff resignation / end of contract and off boarding process
- Administration of leave
- Prepare HR related report and office administration
- Others task and duties as assign by superior
**Requirements**:
- GCE 'O' / Diploma in Human Resource with 2 years of related experiences
**Location: Near to Chinatown/ Outram MRT**
**Salary: $2800 to $3300**
