**HR Assistant Job Description**:
We are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Implementing and updating the benefits and compensation policies.
- Helping in the annual performance review process.
- Checking payroll details and resolving any payroll issues.
- Conducting employee termination process and completing the paperwork..
- Creating job advertisements and writing job descriptions.
- Administering day-to-day Human Resources activities.
- Performing reference checks and background checks.
- Coordinating with the training sessions for the new employees.
- Assisting in on boarding employees.
- Resolving all the internal and external HR-related issues.
- Assisting in Human Resources team in hiring.
- Recruit, select and train employees in our organization.
- Maintain records of the hired employees.
- Plan, monitor and appraise work results.
- Prepare, update and maintain Human Resource strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Advise department managers of company policy in regards to equal employment opportunities, employment law, compensation, and benefits.
- Maintain records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, pension plan and personnel transactions (promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations).
- Organize employee benefit programs for the organization.
- Represent our organization in various events.
- Maintain, analyzes and prepare employee’s wages and salary reports.
- Should be available all day and all time.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Sound knowledge of working with Applicant Tracking System.
- Extensive understanding of human resources life cycle.
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Good organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools.
- Good people management skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Strong work ethics.
