**Responsibilities**:
_:_- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting life cycle by managing the data and communications associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a compliant and timely manner.- Manage accurate reporting by maintaining all critical employment information systems.- Help Intralinks hire the RIGHT people for us

Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of recruiting experience (some agency background preferred)- Experience in software/high tech industry required- Minimum of 3 year of in-house corporate recruiting experience-
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Ability to develop relationships with partners and management across multiple locations- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
