Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for global and regional AI & Tech roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer management.
Partner closely with hiring managers, technical stakeholders, and HR peers to understand evolving AI/Tech hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
Build and maintain deep talent networks across AI/Tech disciplines, including NLP, CV, generative models, recommendation systems, and data platforms.
Craft customized sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging multiple channels such as GitHub, ArXiv, Kaggle, academic institutions, conferences, and AI/Tech communities.
Deliver strong candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for Tencent in global AI/Tech talent markets.
Track and analyse hiring metrics and develop talent intelligence reports to inform recruitment decisions, market positioning, and competitor benchmarking.
Actively engage in employer branding initiatives related to AI and tech hiring to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
5–8 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on AI, machine learning, data science, or deep tech hiring.
Proven ability to work with technical stakeholders and engineering leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Chinese) and the ability to deal with both international and HQ based stakeholders
