**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Singapore, supporting our Business Units (BUs) across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Funds, Corporate & Legal Solutions (CLS), Global Capital Markets (GCM), and Shared Services BUs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with BU leaders and HR to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing methods.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on APAC region.
- Experience recruiting for BUs such as Funds, CLS, GCM, and Shared Services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends in APAC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
