Job summary
The Partner Sales Strategy & Operations Leader will lead a team and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team leveraging data analysis to land business insights, develop GTM strategies and scale the business. You will drive productivity and improvements via your top talent team to create efficiencies (e.g. optimise processes) utilised by the field team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their partners. This team also manages the development and execution of the field team’s targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results. This position will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business end to end such as Annual Planning, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other critical business cadences.
- 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Sales Strategy, Business Development, or other related fields
- Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilised for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
- Strong business-process design experience
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring and maintaining top talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Experience leading the development of department strategy
- Deep experience in prioritisation of deliverables and tasks
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
