Job Description:
Scope:
- Manage internal / external stakeholders and engage in project management to plan & execute sales agreements working closely with various business units as well as tax and legal teams-
- Work closely with Senior Manager in order to lead and direct the Business Planning and Operation Group and oversee to achieve Ecosystem & AI Business Supervisory Department in.-
- Cultivate the culture of innovation and to encourage members to achieve the organization’s mission and goals and create synergy to enhance the business with multiple stakeholders.-
- This position will cover business planning, strategy planning and business development pipeline management. Also this position will work closely with tax and legal team to cover various topics and working with each representative to achieve the targets.-
- Liaison closely with each department’s management members and external company if necessary- Responsibilities:
- Manage overall projects progress and achievement. Also guide and motivate members to achieve their project’s outcome-
- To take communication lead among various stakeholders including management layer and manager layers-
- Review operations and plans for meeting to achieve multiple topics activities’ goals-
- Increase impact of management team by selecting, recruiting, hiring, training and overseeing members-
- Responsible for overall business strategy and planning, and division’s operational topics-
- 2-5 members people management in Singapore- Qualifications:
- Project management capability with wide knowledge of corporate functions (accounting/finance/tax/legal), although too much expertise in one area is not necessary.-
- Demonstrable 6+ year experience ‘getting things done’ while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and experience exhibiting ‘speed’ in getting tasks or projects done and then improving after getting it done.-
- Able to respond to the demands of a fast-paced industry, multi-task and adapt to an international climate.-
- Strong interpersonal communication skill to liaise with various stakeholders including top management.-
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to possess strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.-
- Fluency in Japanese to communicate with Japan HQ and in English to communicate with members in Singapore.-
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-
- Experience small to mid size group’s people management-
- Confident communicator and able to build relationships and influenceLanguages:
English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
