We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to help shape the future of business continuity in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This role is crucial in ensuring CAG's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, thereby enhancing the organization's operational resilience. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in collaborative settings with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include strategising and strengthening the organisation's operational resilience; overseeing the development, validation, and refinement of business continuity plans; leading emergency response efforts; working with airport stakeholders and government agencies for plan integration; conducting exercises to validate emergency and business continuity plans; representing CAG at emergency exercises; developing training frameworks for staff; and maintaining crisis management facilities.
This position is highly dynamic and challenging, requiring you to drive critical initiatives that protect our people, operations, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations and planning (crisis management and/or business continuity planning preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders, including regulators and government bodies.
Self-motivated, independent, with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
Experience in developing and implementing business continuity frameworks and policies.
Change management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
