**Responsibilities**
- Support Operation Planning matters for SMBC Singapore as well as for APAC, focusing on projects & tasks relating to Front-Middle-Back Offices process integration & optimization.
- Perform process analysis to establish business requirement.
- Liaise with the different stakeholders, including counterparts in other branches and in Head Office, to align deliverables and to achieve targets.
- Manage project deliverable, timeline and resource planning.
- Represent OPG to participate in different working groups.
- Provide regular update and constant engagement to ensure progress and challenges are shared and addressed.
- Other tasks as assigned by Group Head/Team Lead.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ experience working in financial institution, with direct exposure in the areas of planning, business analysis, or project management.
- Experience in KYC and/or front & middle office process will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Japanese language will be preferred due to communications with the Head Office.
- Strong team player with great stakeholder management skills.
- Good communications skills, hands on, independent and proactive in problem solving. Able to work with both front and back office.
