We are looking for a Channel Marketing Operation/Admin to support our clients (US IT fortune 500 companies):

- Provide marketing support/communication to the Regional Marketing Manager in working out the marketing budget and fund allocation to the Channel Partners
- Support the execution of joint marketing in Asia Pacific/Europe
- planning, review, approval and compliance of the marketing plan
- Assist in generating Purchase Order and communication to the Channel Partners
- Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget
- Help in the monitoring of timeline of the marketing cycle
- Assist in providing creative review and compliance of brand guideline
- Assist partners in submission of their execution of marketing plans
- Responsible for the compilation of POE(Proof of Execute) of the marketing campaign and approval of the budget released
- Conduct Training for partners on the Branding guideline and compliance

**Academic & Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing support experience. Preferable with MNC and/or IT industry working experiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand branding compliance (training will be provided)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
