What You Will Do- As the Channel (Partner) Marketing Specialist for APAC, you will drive AECO's regional growth by crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies through our valued partners. This is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape how we engage with regional markets, ensuring our brand's success on a global scale.
- Drive Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) Plans: Collaborate with partners to develop and drive effective GTM plans, ensuring partner strategies are aligned with AECO's objectives and optimized for market success in APAC.
- Collaborate with Partners and Sales Teams: Work with partners and internal sales teams to design and deliver effective omnichannel demand generation plans, aligning objectives and ensuring partner marketing efforts contribute to business goals.
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create integrated through-partner marketing campaigns aligned with AECO's global strategies and brand expectations, tailored to APAC to drive demand across channels.
- Localize Content for Regional Markets: Adapt global marketing content to resonate with regional audiences, ensuring messaging is culturally relevant across APAC geographies.
- Support Partner Development: Assist in growing partner capabilities by providing guidance, resources, and support to empower partners to execute successful marketing initiatives.
- Teach Marketing Best Practices: Educate partners and internal teams on marketing best practices, sharing insights to enhance effectiveness across geographies.
- Manage Regional MDF Budget: Oversee the regional Market Development Funds budget, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking to support demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
- Plan and Execute Demand Generation Plans: Lead planning, organization, and execution of regional demand generation efforts, coordinating with stakeholders for timely impact.
- Implement To-Marketing Campaigns: Ensure best practices for organizing and managing PRM tool-related marketing and communication modules; onboard new partners to channels and measure regional partner engagement.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven experience developing and executing through-partner marketing campaigns, including demand generation and GTM planning.
- Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with partners, sales teams, and stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
- Budget Management: Experience managing MDF or similar budgets.
- Content Localization: Skilled in adapting marketing content for regional markets, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Communication & Mentoring: Excellent communication and ability to teach marketing practices and mentor teams.
- Self-Starter with a Growth Mindset: Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-Lingual Language Skills: Fluent in English and another Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin, Bahasa Malay, Thai).
