Due to expansion, we have vacancy for the following key position:
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Generate C&B reports to cater the needs from different insurance providers;
- Maintaining employee profile and database in HR system;
- Assist in company recruitment process and provide orientation to new employees and provide flight crew support;
- Organize and coordinate social events;
- Perform full spectrum of general administration duties;
- Oversee office space, facilities, office equipment management and maintenance for smooth daily operation of the firm;
- Liaise and supervise premises renovation projects;
- Assist in recruitment and orientation of new staff;
- Review and maintain office administration policies and procedures;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Singapore Labour Ordinance & Taxation is a Must and Asian region is a plus;
- Systematic, detail minded and well organised;
- Self initiative & mature mind set and good time management;
- Good team players, good interpersonal skill and patient enough to communicate with different levels of staff
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese);
- Well familiar with HRIS operations;
- Degree with at least 4 years relevant working experience
