We are now looking for a full-time **Office Coordinator **to join our RELEX family in Singapore. You’ll join a global Office & People Support team of 6 people, who will help you to succeed in your new role. Together the team makes sure RELEXians have an enjoyable work environment, all the office administrative tasks run smoothly, and we have fun together in different events.

**What you’ll be doing**:
In this role, you are independently responsible of handling administrative tasks such as office upkeep, maintenance correspondence, and an active participation in a presentable and positive office experience for our employees.

In addition, you will support your team as well as our People Operations Specialist for APAC in various tasks.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independent work. While we have a growing office in Singapore and very supportive colleagues, your direct team lead sits in Europe, meaning that we expect you to be able to handle many tasks independently.
- Customer service mindset.
- Good self-management and multi-tasking skills - you have a smile on your face and look for solutions even when things get a bit hectic.
- Experience from working with people that come from different cultural backgrounds.
- Previous experience from HR admin tasks are a plus, as you will be supporting the team in Singapore with employee queries and various administrative People tasks.
- Language skills: Excellent spoken and written English (it’s our company language).
