HR Assistant

Performs HR administrations, handling of Recruitment & Selection, employee onboarding & off boarding, work pass administration, preparation of staff letters and other HR Service delivery.
**Jobs responsibilities**
- Manage issues pertaining to foreign workers.
- Manage employee welfare matters.
- Carry out HR policies and processes,
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labour legislation and regulations,
- Provide daily operational HR administration support and other administrative duties.
- Assist in Company’s event.
- Assist in partial payroll administration.
- Attend to employee enquiries Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by superior.
**Jobs requirements**
- Minimum of a Diploma Human Resource Management or any related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, etc
- High level of integrity and responsibility
- Positive working attitude and team player Good interpersonal and communication skills.
