Primech AI is looking for an experienced **Key Account Manager**to drive revenue growth for our robotics solutions by leading all sales activities for German‑speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) while based in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between our ASEAN headquarters and key DACH customers, ensuring seamless communication, pipeline development and successful market expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all sales activities for German‑speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) while reporting to Head of International Sales.
- Based full-time in Singapore, with frequent travel (~30-40%) to Germany and other EU markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure key accounts and meet sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and industry contacts.
- Responsible for budgeting and sales forecasting to set and track revenue goals.
- Prepare monthly sales data and analyse profitability of projects to make recommendations for decision making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality proposals and project delivery timelines. Communicate client needs and feedback to help improve product and marketing strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends relevant to the region to identify new opportunities to drive growth and achieve organizational objectives.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in robotics or tech.
- Willing and able to be based in Singapore with frequent travel to EU.
- Native-level German and business-proficient English (written & spoken) to liaise with German clients and Singapore HQ.
- Strong understanding of German business etiquette and sales practices; experience collaborating across cultures.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and successful key account management, with good industry network.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, results driven.
