**Role - **Business Development Director
**Experience level - **Which justifies the role, around 12+ years
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales executioner based approach to pursue new business
development opportunities with Retail & CPG/FMCG organizations in the
market focusing on tech-led business transformation leveraging technology.
- Nurture and grow existing relationships & accounts while
focus on growing into new ones
- Able to forge relationships across all levels of the customer organization
especially at CXO level, industry stakeholders, by understanding their
strategic priorities, focus areas
- Practice a solution consulting led approach to unearth
opportunities to add value, understand customer pain points with an ability to
ideate areas to participate
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and solutioning team throughout
the deal cycle, to steer them in the right direction, to craft and stitch a
compelling value proposition wearing a customer hat
- Work on achieving successful closures, that balance both
customer and TCS interests
- Equally comfortable speaking business and technology, abreast with enterprise
technology trends as well as key business imperatives affecting the industry
**Working with**
Collaborate with local on-ground as well as remote teams from Domain,
Country, Alliance, Product, Horizontals, Pre-sales, Solution Team, Bid
management with focus on achieving the ends.
