Basic up to $3000 + up 500 incentive + shift allowance
5 days per week/ 44hrs/ week, Shifts 4am to 11pm ( 8-9hrs shift)
East Area
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with our partners to support our advertising customers and deliver consultative support and education on our client’s products
- Perform data analysis and execute data-informed initiatives that will improve our customer experience and drive business growth
- Identify trends to enhance the partner support processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Nitec
- 1 years working experience in a customer service related field (contact centre, B2B support, online advertising preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form in English
- UP to $500 incentive and up to $40 per shift allowance
