Reporting to the Senior Director - Global Compensation, the focus of this role is on compensation program (base pay, variable pay and recognition) design and management as well as process (re)design. In addition, the role will actively contribute to or lead one or more reward projects at any one time.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support recurrent compensation processes including annual year-end compensation, annual merit-setting process, during-the-year compensation actions such as promotions and other adjustments
- Program/Policy (re)design and modification
- Support (Sales) Incentive Plan design and continuous improvement of (Sales) Incentive Plan design
- Manage Global Recognition Plans
- Collect input and guidance from critical decision makers and stakeholders underlying the (re)design respectively the deployment of global programs and policies

**You bring**
- 6+ years compensation experience: exposure to the various aspects of broad-based compensation, especially in the areas of Base and Variable Pay design, project-based work, and reward consulting
- Ability to influence internal colleagues & external parties
- Experience in vendor management
- Comfortable juggling priorities & working independently
- Strategic and analytical mindset; critical thinking skills; proficient in Excel
- Working in an International and Matrix organization
