About the Role

The Compensation and Benefits Professional will provide strategic support for employee compensation and benefits across multiple regions. This role involves working closely with regional HR teams to implement, communicate, and administer compensation and benefit programs.

  • Provide expert support for employee compensation and benefits across nine countries and approximately 1,400 employees.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to develop and maintain market-competitive compensation and benefit programs.
  • Analyze and optimize existing compensation and benefit programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with HR leaders to design and implement impactful compensation and benefit solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Support regional HR teams in developing and implementing effective compensation and benefit strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefit programs that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory requirements to inform compensation and benefit decisions.
  • Collaborate with global compensation and benefit team members to develop and implement global compensation programs.
  • Provide expertise on special compensation and benefit projects.
