
Relief Sales Administrator

**(Temporary contract duration: April 2025 to July 2025)**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to centre operations and general administrative work
- Maintain the centre's database
- Liaise with Principal, teachers, Parents, and different regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters for families
- Collection of monthly school fees and invoices and supplier payments
- Prepare monthly accrual
- Assist in the timely ordering and replenishing of office items, daily menu items and teaching resources.
- Attend to telephone calls and feedback from parents
- Process enrolment documents and follow up with parents for pending documents and fees
- Assist in other admission activities, as and when needed by the school
- To deliver all other admin duties assigned by the Principal and management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 'N' level with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience (experience in childcare sector would be advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Has initiative, is proactive and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as a team player
**Location**
- Jurong West St. 65 (Blk 663C)
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6.00pm
**Salary**
$13-$15 per hour (Salary will commensurate with education and relevant experience)
