**Program Manager SME and Inside Sales**
As a Program Manager, you will develop and execute campaigns and programs at scale with regional Kaspersky channels sales team to acquire, secure business in the SME segment. You will support call center relationships, drive campaigns and programs to generate demands, to manage forecast and pipeline, and drive execution strategy for the IDR, ISR and ICAM teams.

You will be reporting to the Head of Channels APAC.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner program SME unmanaged silver and registered, partner portal support, disty rebates and incentives, SFDC sales excellence
- Certifications & partner capacity tracking with icam
- Deal registration program SME success
- Collaborate with regional GMs and APAC marketing, presales, product stakeholders to drive customer demand and maximize growth. To align cross-functional team efforts on campaign plans.
- Adapt and problem solve various data and technical issues to consistently and rapidly improve processes to make it easy for our agents to spend time with the right prospects and customers.
- On board call center agents with IT tools & services, sales and technical enablement, e-learning, webinar training and shadowing role models.
**Qualifications**
- 3 years of program management experience cross-functional teams in Asia Pacific region.
- Experience supporting call center vendors, distribution and channel ecosystems.
- Experience working for technology or software companies.
- Experience analyzing data that drives business decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and project manage many tasks simultaneously, working under continual deadline constraints.
- Excellent project and process management skills with the ability to own planning, scheduling & coordinating.
- Ability to manage sensitive, business impacting information, and closely control dissemination.
- Independent and organized approach to tasks.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with numerous virtual teams of diverse backgrounds.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
Data Analysis, Revenue Forecasting, Demand Generation, Excellent Communication Skills, Sales or Channels operations, Process Improvement, Program Management, Vendor Management.
