Singapore KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. Full time

Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters for Workers;
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
- Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
- Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
- Process payroll on a timely basis such as computation of monthly salaries and deductions;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- ITE or Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years in relevant HR administration role in construction industry;
- Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation;
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
- Working experience with any HRIS systems;
- Knowledge of payroll
- Organized and able to take stress
- Willing to take up ad-hoc projects from time to time
