**Job description**
- Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
- Handle customer service hotline and provide the first level of support from multiple Channels
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
- Follow Standard operating procedures closely.
- Work as a team and ensure that the contact center service level is met
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
- Minimum C5 for English O level
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in a call centre environment and/or service-related industry
- 3 Rotating shifts - day and night with shift allowances
- morning shift: 7.30am to 5pm; day shift: 1 pm to 1030pm; Night shift: 1030pm to 8 am
**Knowledge or Skills**
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
- Fluency in a second language
- Computer literate and good typing skills
Work location: East (near to MRT station)
Type : Permanent
Shift allowance is paid in addition to basic salary.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,600.00 per month
