The student, as part of the IT HR team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake task(s)/project(s) in support of local/global IT HR needs.

In your new role you will:

- Participate in the **various phases of a project life cycle**(requirement gathering, design, UAT, development, rollout preparation, hypercare) in the role of a consultant
- Jointly prepare required documents for the task(s)/project(s)
- Gather and analyze information obtained
- **Collect needs from stakeholders**and **build a POC for a department collaboration site**using existing tools

Internship learning outcomes:

- Good **understanding on a project life cycle**:

- Build up **presentation skills**to audiences
- Utilization of skills learnt in learning instituteExperience different cultures

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to attain a Diploma in IT related qualifications with a research/analytical oriented mindset
- Interest in or already with some background in HR domain
- Basic skills in analytic tools (Eg. Python, Tableau or equivalent)Good communication and writing skills
