**Responsibilities**:

- Support the HR operations on a daily basis, maintaining up-to-date HR records, including performing data and process analysis
- Facilitate staff on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including probation confirmations, benefit enrolments, contract renewals and leaver logistics Process MoM registrations; new/renewal/cancellations of all relevant passes (EP,DP,LTVP), seeking guidance from the HR Manager on a timely basis as needed
- Process all foreign lawyer registrations/deregistration with the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, seeking guidance from the HR Manager on a timely basis as needed
- Assist with and coordinate renewals of Singapore practicing certificates, including Notice of Change filings
- Process monthly payroll (including associated tasks) and annual tax filing by the agreed deadlines, for approval by the HR Manager
- Assist with the coordination of the annual performance appraisal process for both lawyers and support staff, working with the regional HR team
- Work alongside regional recruitment team to drive recruitment process, including JD drafting, talent sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews, etc.
- Support in managing employee benefit insurance plans and renewals
- Monitor leave records and work attendance including overseeing secretarial coverage as needed
- Assist with regular review and update of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance to global and local statutory requirements
- Assist with coordination of diversity and inclusion and wellbeing initiatives for the Singapore office

Qualifications / Person Specification:

- Tertiary eduction
- Law Firm experience required
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent PC skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Law Firm experience required
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience with sizeable company
- High detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to team work
- Adaptable, self-starter and pro-active
- Reliable and organised
