We are looking for an **Account Manager **to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our Malaysia and Indonesia customers within the Mid-Market and Enterprise sector. Through partnering and collaborating with other sales reps, you will be dedicated to making our customers successful and seek out opportunities for growth. You should have yearning to develop a strategic approach to selling, are empathetic to keep our customers best interest in mind and are able to be their internal advocates to ensure they are set up for success.
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Facing
- Build strong and consultative relationships with customer on the ground.
- Partner closely on the ground with identified customers with the objectives to improve utilisation of LinkedIn Talent Solutions through reviews, coaching, educating, and training.
- Agree to joint accountability with other sales colleagues and cross-functional teams for optimal customer success.
- Discover opportunities for growth by using data and insights.
- Prepare by effectively researching about customer’s business and plan thoughtful questions and insights in advance for meetings.
- Drive customer growth by proactively multi-threading to strengthen the partnership and deliver greater customer value.
- Display resourcefulness in trouble shooting of customer queries and resolution of issues.
Internal Collaboration
- Event organizing and marketing outreach.
- Partnering with back-office teams to address customer issues.
- Follows best practices when using CRM and other Sales tools to manage sales cycle.
- Internal process improvement to assist quicker resolutions.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of applicable sales or client-facing experience
- Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia to support in-market customers
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with SFDC, Dynamics or relevant CRM
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Ability to gather and use data and trends to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
- Ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and balance business needs
