**Role**
To be the liaison between the office and our facilities partners. Your primary responsibilities revolves around ensuring high levels of excellence in the daily operations. Scope includes facilities management and upkeep, administrative and travel support in efficient, timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**
We are searching for a personable, motivated individual who possesses a high level of attention to detail and a spirit of excellence. You will be an integral part of the support team with frequent interactions with both senior management and House members.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management and travel coordination
- Office upkeep
- Petty cash management and invoice processing
- Event planning and coordination
- Maintenance of administrative documents
- Support People Operations team in on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
- Provide leave cover for Operations Assistant / Barista
- All other Clermont System assigned tasks
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience with professional or service industry will be a plus
- Work effectively with modest support and guidance
- Hands-on with can-do attitude
- Hungry for new skills
- Meticulous and unfazed by impossible standards
- Collaborative with other functions
- Strong team spirit
- Have a polished and professional appearance
**Administrative Details**
- Start date: _Immediate preferred
- Compensation: _Competitive base salary; discretionary bonus
