Job responsibilities:

- Take direct responsibility for customer relationships, and leveraging contacts at outlet level with a proactive approach in developing and managing the off trade / omni channel commercial accounts to achieve fiscal objectives
- Regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan and customer coverage to analyse, identify and develop areas of strategic portfolio / brand collaboration (avg 5-8 off-trade outlets ) on a daily basis
- Develop and implement promotional plans, volume, distribution, visibility, price and promotion targets in the off trade / omni channel channels
- Interact and communicate effectively with key decision influencers to ensure effective implementation of key account strategy
- Provide brand education support and portfolio specific training for trade partners, distributors, and customers
- Achieve high standards of brand visibility, visual merchandising, and activation in all target channels
- Leverage existing CRM & data programs to analyze and identify opportunities for brand & revenue growth in off trade / omni channel
- Effectively prioritize & manage A&P budget in off trade / omni channel for incremental sales & brand visibility growth
- Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing team to develop account execution plans, ensuring effective sales A&P spend across accounts to maximize and achieve sales budget volume and value targets
- Plan and active involvement in annual and interim negotiations on trade promotional plans, new listings, price reviews, and other activities
- Work with merchandisers team to develop precise execution plans by customer and align with accounts, ensure plans are properly executed
- Effectively communicate brand programs and strategies in an inspiring way to ensure executional excellence across accounts
- Provide feedback concerning competitive activities and market trends
- Provide periodic ROI analysis of trade accounts, to ensure investments are optimized and communicate efficiencies, results, and impact to business

**Qualifications**
- Graduate Degree / Diploma with extensive experience in sales & marketing
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and financial skills
- Sociable and out-going personality
- Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven abilities to negotiate, sell, influence and partner with customers/wholesalers
- Proven abilities to develop selling strategies targeted to enhance sales
- Strong commercial, business acumen, knowledge and understanding of both luxury and wines & spirits, brand specifications, and consumer trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset and possesses good public speaking and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships
- Pro-active team player, who is self-motivated and able to work independently and willing to accept challenges
- Able to manage stakeholders and prioritise effectively
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
