Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), established in 2017 and headquartered in Singapore, operates as a subsidiary of the Telenor Group. We deliver Global Category Management as a service to the Telenor Business Units, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end Sourcing process and performance of global spend categories. Functioning as one Global Procurement team across all Telenor markets, we enable Telenor’s strategic ambitions by becoming a centre of expertise in the pursuit of efficient operations. TPC seeks qualified procurement professionals that are comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced Telecom field.

**About the role**

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Drive standardization, automation and improvement of the P2P process through digital transformation globally by following up and setting the track on global transactional KPIs
- Promote P2P best practice sharing and analysis to ensure high level of compliance and data quality Support in implantation of the Telenor P2P Blueprint and Coupa P2P system in new Business Units
- Ensure that all processes are adhering to the agreed governance, guiding and educating Telenor business units and impacted stakeholders on ways of work and making improvements if necessary
- Secure stakeholder management across implementation partner, business units and within the team

**Education and Experiences Requirements**
- University degree in Procurement, Finance or Logistics & Business Management
- Comprehensive understanding of Purchase-To-Pay process, relevant best practices in transformation agenda and key activities within Finance with relation to P2P
- More than 5 years experience in Purchase to Pay area (preferably within ICT)
- Experience with P2P systems, preferably Coupa
