Job Title

Senior Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Operations Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the finance shared services operations, with a strong focus on P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and R2R (Record-to-Report) process ownership and transformation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading finance operations, process re-engineering, and implementing automation/digital tools. They will also possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage finance shared services operations, with a strong focus on P2P and R2R process ownership and transformation.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize financial risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and deliver improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the shared services team, fostering a high-performance culture and building future-ready capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; CA/CPA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with proven expertise in P2P and R2R transformation.
  • Strong track record in leading finance operations, process re-engineering, and implementing automation/digital tools.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
