Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist As a senior financial operations specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's financial management practices. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Mentor junior associates and coordinate with clients to ensure cohesive financial management practices.
  • Deliver strategic financial advisory services and develop turnaround strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align financial practices with business goals.
  • Full spectrum of financial and management accounting responsibilities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast, including annual budgets, mid-term business plans, and performance indicators.
  • Prepare timely financial reporting to management.
  • Review month-end and year-end financial statement closing for the management.
  • Support CFO with relevant duties as assigned.
  • Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements.
  • Audit experience is essential.
 Requirements: 
  • Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/ACCA.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Experience in leading and managing the Finance & Accounting Department.
  • Full sets of accounting knowledge and good financial analysis skills.
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office especially Excel.
  • Committed to meet critical timeline and reporting requirements.
  • Good team player, communicator to interact with management.
