**What the role is**
- MANAGER, OPERATIONS PLANNING

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the Point-to-Point (P2P) Transport division overseeing the Taxi and Private Hire Car (PHC) sector. The P2P sector complements our Public Transport through the provision of a safe and reliable means of point-to-point service, and supports our car-lite vision by reducing the need for car ownership. In the course of your work, you will be leading the team spearheading policy reviews related to the taxi, PHC and carsharing sector. You are required to consider the policy impact from the lens of various stakeholders including commuters, operators and drivers. You are also expected to keep abreast of developments in the P2P sector and how it impacts the P2P regulatory framework, which serves to protect commuters’ and drivers’ safety and interest. This would require industry scans of the P2P industries locally and abroad, and developing think-pieces to update management. You will also be involved in sharing best practices and building network with overseas P2P regulators. Thus, beyond writing policy and position papers, ground situational awareness and stakeholder management skills will be key in succeeding in this role.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in any discipline preferably in Economics, Policy Studies, Social Sciences or equivalent - At least 6 years of working experience in policy reviews and/or data analysis preferred - Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills required - Meticulous, independent, resourceful, self-motivated and a good team player who is able to work under tight deadlines
