**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leads strategic planning for operations**in alignment with business goals, capacity, and market outlook
- **Drives process optimization initiatives and operational development**across departments,identifying and implementing improvements in workflow, efficiency, and performance
- **Monitors and analyzes operational performance**using KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support continuous improvement
- Prepares and delivers **clear, concise, and impactful management presentation materials**to support decision-making and communication with internal stakeholders
- Supports scenario planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operations and manufacturing
- Collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and operation departments to align operational strategies
- Ensures alignment between top-level strategy and on-site execution through consistent planning and communication

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- **5+ years of experience**in operations, planning, or strategy roles, preferably within the **semiconductor industry**:

- Strong understanding of **business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows**:

- Proven ability to prepare **management-level presentations**with clarity and impact
- Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and seniority levels
- Fluent in English
