- Job description 1We have an exciting opportunity for an experience P2P Executive to join our team for a 6 month contract role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure overall P2P processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement.
- Ensure invoices & payment processing including employee expense reimbursement are accurately and timely processed in the relevant accounting period
- Ensure all new vendors are promptly and accurately created
- Handles P2P enquiries, as well as liaise with Local Country Finance, Operational and relevant teams to resolve P2P processing and payment issues
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the P2P function\\

**Education & Professional Experience**
- Diploma / Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in P2P process
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP & Concur preferred
- Proficient in the use of Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese are essential & command of Bahasa will be preferred
