Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently partnered with a well-established enterprise who are looking to hire a driven and dyanmic individual to be part of their digital transformation team. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives in spend management and procurement process optimization, and lead a cross-functional team to implement system enhancements, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. This role will sit as a bridge between procurement and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational improvements by critically assessing current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
  • Shape strategic initiatives by designing forward-looking solutions that address organizational challenges, enhance compliance, and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and lead the execution of transformation roadmaps that align technology and process enhancements with evolving business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and delivery within time and budget constraints.
  • Utilize data and digital tools to design scalable solutions, embed process improvements, and maintain strong governance and risk compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain and /or IT
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years leading initiatives in project delivery, organizational change, and enterprise systems oversight.
  • Deep functional knowledge of finance and procurement systems and processes
  • Skilled in analyzing and redesigning processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate complexity.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
