Reporting to the Senior Manager of General Services & Operations Unit (GSO) in Infrastructure & Support Services, the Executive will enhance operational efficiency and service excellence through projects to increase patients and visitors’ satisfaction. The projects scope will include Environmental Services and Transport services portfolios. The Executive will also plan, coordinate, and execute projects in line with IMH Campus Masterplan, IMH Recovery Hub and Green transformation.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the main Project lead for projects pertaining but not limited to Campus Infrastructure Masterplan, Landscape Masterplan, IMH Recovery Hub and Green transformation.
- Undertake secretarial roles for Green Committee and other committees as assigned.
- Work with external stakeholders including statutory boards, vendors for ideas conceptualisation and implementation.
- Work with internal stakeholders e.g. Infrastructure Planning & Development for GSO’s involvement in Campus Infrastructure Masterplan and Green Committee related.
- Manage administrative work for projects including but not limited to being project lead for procurement committees, presentations and paper writing.
- Review internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Represent GSO for Green Mark audit or any other audit equivalents.
- Represent GSO in meetings as and when required, e.g. ALPS SP National RFP and Green Committee
- Provide secretariat and administrative support, perform other assignments or projects as required
- Be the covering officer for environmental services & transport function.

**Requirements**:

- Degree, preferably in Business
- Experience in hospital operations will be an added advantage
