Our **Asia Pacific Human Resources** Unit is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified HR professional to be based in **Singapore**, supporting its Asia Offices.

**Your Role**:
You are a member of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Team providing comprehensive, responsive and effective Human Resource service across Gen Re’s Asia operations. You are responsible for the delivery of HR services to the region including supporting end to end employee life cycle requirements, payroll, benefits, and training/study programs. Together with the team, you will ensure our programs and service delivery contribute positively to our employee value and experience. This role is ideal for an HR generalist who enjoys being involved in all aspects of HR, has a passion for delivering high quality HR service, with a continuous improvement mindset.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Administer end to end employee life cycle requirements
- Contribute to fostering a positive working environment
- Work with our outsource partners to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payrolls for assigned countries
- Manage the regional leave and benefit programs including contributing to benefit design and provisions
- Manage mobility requirements for our cross-border hires, transfers and assignees
- HR reporting and analytics
- Proactively review and improve process efficiencies
- Participate in regional and global initiatives and projects

**Your Profile**:

- Experience in an HR Generalist role is essential
- Experience in payroll is advantageous
- Prior regional experience desirable
- High level of competency in MS Office
- Adept in working with HR systems
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Able to read and speak Chinese as China is one of the key countries supported by this role
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Comfortable in exercising a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and organisation, and professional judgement
- Friendly and approachable with a client-oriented mindset
- High degree of professionalism and personal integrity, with the ability to be discreet
