Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to be part of a team that’s working on one of our entertainment clients. In this role, you will provide essential production and resource coordination support to Strategists, Producers, and Creatives.

You will be involved in a variety of organizational and execution tasks throughout the conceptual development of video and static artwork assets for the APAC region.

You will require to converse in both Chinese and English.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Post Production and various external Production Partners to gather context and assets for strategic title positioning.
- Coordinate creative development kick-offs with internal teams and external agencies.
- Assist in creative resourcing needs, including building schedules with freelancer assignments, onboarding, contract management, and staffing.
- Track and manage creative timelines, assets, milestones, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality control.
- Maintain and update production databases with allocations, deadlines, and project details.
- Support video production pipelines by managing folder setup, editor communication, and logístical needs.
- Conduct regular updates with static artwork designers to align on project needs and ensure timely asset delivery.
- Assist in the submission and processing of POs and invoices.

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
- 1-3 years of experience in production coordination, creative project management, or related roles, preferably in the media, entertainment, or marketing industries.
- Skilled in resource management, specializing in collaborating with creatives (e.g., designers, editors, or agencies) to optimize time management and build effective staffing and production schedules.
- Firm knowledge of all aspects of a digital creative and image production workflow.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, video and static production specifications, and digital asset management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project and resource management.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate production challenges and provide solutions.
